Schule auf der Veddel

This school is a close neighbor of Aurubis Hamburg.

The Schule auf der Veddel is a district school with an affiliated elementary school and kindergarten classes. It is a partner school of Aurubis AG and is located in the immediate vicinity of our Hamburg plant. In addition to focuses such as professional orientation, visual arts, and theater, the school actively practices inclusion of students with special learning needs (e.g., hearing, seeing, mental development, and autism).

Our neighborhood is important to us. We support quality education in our local community. Furthermore, we support the Schule auf der Veddel, which serves as a focal point of the neighborhood, in implementing its guiding principle of “a strong start to life – learning together successfully for life and work.”
